Abstract
The concept, value and the principles of social partnership are considered. His intrinsic characteristics are systemically submitted. The main tendencies, problems and the prospects of formation of social policy on the basis of transformation of social partnership in social alliance are defined. Conceptual provisions of strategic development of the social sphere on the principles of functioning of system of global management are analysed.
