IMPROVING THE MECHANISMS OF STATE REGULATION OF SOCIO-HUMANITARIAN SPHERE IN THE GLOBAL TRANSFORMATION OF SOCIETY

Abstract

Based on the basic principles, objectives and priorities of social and humanitarian policy defi nes the main directions of social and humanitarian sphere. Ways of improving the mechanisms of state regulation of socio-humanitarian sphere in the global transformation of society. Proposed to replace the system of government in the humanitarian sphere for social and public administration, which will play a major role the public and state authorities should remain executors of decisions taken democratically. Particular attention is paid to maintenance of educational process, the scope of health care in regions with low incomes, especially - in rural areas with high unemployment. Emphasized that the priority component of social policy should be to create conditions to encourage the formation of stable solvent demand. It is emphasized that the strategic goal of state policy for cooperation between humanities identities must be the Ukrainian political nation - the only vnutrishnotsilisnoho social organism in which the interests of individual or collective carriers of any identity should be generally the same. Indicated the need to improve national environmental policy for sustainable development, harmonization of the economy and the environment that will effectively implement protection of citizens’ constitutional right to a safe environment. Overview basic principles which should be based on the development of social and humanitarian sphere. It is proved that the implementation of adequate measures in the fi eld of humanities will provide: maximum mitigate the negative consequences of transformation processes to the public; effective interaction and feedback from the public during the reforms; the confi dence of its citizens and the world community in the correctness of the chosen power Reformation rate it appropriate support at national and international level; high ranking political legitimacy and the respective credibility of the national public, foreign partners.
