Abstract
In the article is considered the needs for improvement of ukrainian public officials labor relations legal regulation in conditions of eurointegration. The modern state of regulation labor relations in the public-management scope is an-alyzed. There was determined ways for improving public officials labor relations legal regulations in conditions of eurointegration with using international experience and domestic realities.
