PECULIARITIES OF FUTURE MANAGER TRAINING IN UNIVERSITIES OF UKRAINE, POLAND AND RUSSIA

Abstract
Under the conditions of formation of the market economy, the priority directions of the state policy of Ukraine are the improvement of the institutional environment of the agrarian sector and harmonization of the domestic legislation in accordance with European and world standards. The article provides a general comparison of pedagogical and organizational conditions of manager training at the agrarian universities of Ukraine, Poland and Russia. Based on the comparison of educational systems, recommendations for improving the training of future managers in agrarian universities of Ukraine are presented.
