Peculiarities of legal regime of inheritance of land

Abstract
In the article the author considers the question of the legal regime of inheritance of land. Defines peculiarities of legal regime of land in the hereditary legal relationship. Resolved controversial issues arising in determining the legal regime of inheritance of land. Analyzed the Ukrainian legislation, scientific research, findings that have both theoretical and practical importance on this issue.
