On the issue related to legal coverage of land accounting

Abstract
The article analyzes the issues related to modern legal coverage of land accounting in Ukraine. The reasonableness of legal establishment of the category “land accounting”, maintenance of the broad form of land plot accounting, land accounting according to cultivated lands are substantiated. The attention is drawn to modernization of the applicable land legislation in order to improve the procedure for collection, storage, renewal and use of information about land plots and the state of land resources use in Ukraine with regard to implementation of the principle of documentation of data from the State land cadastre. Determined legal forms of ecologization of the land cadastral relations. Emphasized reasonableness of assimilation of the international positive legislative experience related to land accounting and adaptation of the applicable national legislation to it.
