PECULIARITIES OF ORGANIZATION OF FUTURE LAWYER’S TRAINING IN FOREIGN LANGUAGES BASED ON COMPETENCE APPROACH

Abstract
On the present stage of development of the higher legal education the question dealing with provision of quality of professional training and it’s quality remains actual. Taking into account actuality of the problem which is conditioned by dynamic of the Bologna process development and activity of the European Council in order to reach the new quality of legal education and form key subject, social, personal and professional competences we concentrated on the teaching a foreign language to future lawyers basing on competence approach. Analysis of psychological&pedagogical and methodological works of modern scientists showed that despite separate parts of professional competences of future lawyers were parts of their professional competency and were researched, but questions connected with didactical development of the process of their professional foreign language teaching based on competence approach are not answered yet. There is not enough information performed. The aim of the given article is highlighting and grounding the model of organization of professional foreign language teaching of future lawyers based on competence approach. The main purpose of organization of future lawyers’ professional training based on the competence approach as a special didactical system is the strategical purpose of foreign language competence formation and translator’s competence formation. That meant the vision of personality of a future lawyer as a bearer of professional competence in the sphere of intercultural communication and translation, which is elicited during his or her provision of legal service. The use of competence approach in the process of foreign language teaching helps to form professional competence of future lawyers by means of obtaining of foreign communicative and translational competence during their obtaining foreign language education in a higher law school what leads to their successful professional activity. In order to achieve this aim a chain of certain didactical conditions must be used.
