PECULIARITIES OF POLIKULTURAL EDUCATION IN CONDI- TIONS OF STATE POLICY OF MULTICULTURALISM

Abstract
In the article some features of polycultural education are considered in the context of the state policy of multiculturalism. It is noted that this is directly related to the leading tendencies of the state policy of multi- culturalism, tolerance, tolerance to people, carriers of a different culture, world outlook, understanding of their traditions, mentality, sacred values. The author comes to the conclusion that the main goal of the intercultural component of education is also the development of skills of intercultural competence among future specialists.
