PECULIARITIES OF PREMORBID CONDITIONS OFTEN DETECTED IN INDIVIDUALS FROM DIFFERENT GROUPS WITH HIGH RISK OF PARENTERAL INFECTION WITH HEPATITIS B AND C VIRUSES

Abstract
Th e article presents theoretical preconditions and actual material indicating that the infections caused by hepatitis B and C viruses in individuals from groups with high risk for parenteral infection occur along with special premorbid conditions, observed in most persons from such groups. Results of authors’ conducted monitoring have been presented. Th ey confi rm exis- tence of two pathogenic components of such premorbid conditions: immune compro- mise in the majority of such individuals and presence of subclinical liver dysfunction in some of them. Opinion has been suggested that character and direction of changes in clinical characteristics of hepatitis B and C in such individuals is predetermined by ration of expressiveness of the indicated components of these conditions.
