PECULIARITIES OF PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY OF NATIONAL POLICE OFFICIALS AS A PERSONALITY TRAIT

Abstract
The article deals with the issue of formation of the professional responsibility of future police officers. There has been analyzed the historical aspect of the study of ‘responsibility’ as a scientific category. There have been reviewed the content and peculiarities of interpretation of the concept of ‘responsibility’ in the context of the profession of a police officer. There have been outlined the external and internal sides of responsibility that are peculiar to the professional responsibility. There have been determined the types of responsibility of a police officer: personal, social, and professional. There has been defined the essence of the concept of ‘professional responsibility’ of a police officer.
