PECULIARITIES OF STUDENTS’ SCIENTIFIC AND RESEARCH WORK ORGANIZATION IN KYIV MEDICAL INSTITUTE IN THE POSTWAR PERIOD (40–50-ies OF THE 20th CENTURY)

Abstract

The article outlines the peculiarities of students’ scientific and research work organization in Kyiv Medical Institute in the first decade after the Second World War. Based on a systematic analysis of archival documents and the literature data scientific, historical and medical evaluation of the achievements and shortcomings of activity of students’ scientific society of leading higher medical institution of our country in this period is conducted. It is also emphasized its role in the education of future outstanding physicians, pedagogues, scientists and public figures
