PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING AT THE HIGHER SCHOOL

Abstract
The issue reveals the foundations of the pedagogical conditions of the development of would-be spe-cialists’ training at the higher school. Particular attention is paid to the problem of coexistance of the tra-ditional and modern approaches to the process of the students’ professional training. Contemporary socio-economic processes determine new approaches to students’ training in higher educational institutions. Pressing is the issue of ensuring high quality training of creative, active, competi-tive specialists of new generation who are capable for a productive work. The purpose of this article is the identification and justification of pedagogical conditions of im-provement of professional training of students in high school to productive activity in modem conditions. After all. one of the most important requirements of the Bologna process is to ensure a high level of quali-ty in higher education, the development of European cooperation by developing compatible criteria and methodologies. Intensification of all educational activity spheres of students to ensure the harmonious de-velopment of future specialists’ personality and their readiness for professional activities in various branches of modem technology. Analysis of scientific studies and our own work has allowed to identify and theoretically substantiate pedagogical conditions of increase of professional training efficiency of future specialists in higher educa-tional institutions. − Modernization of the content and updating the objectives of teaching technical disciplines to achieve the goal of professional fonnation of future specialists. − Diagnosis and collection of levels of students’ basic training with the goal of − providing efficient professional training of future specialists. − Fonnation of needs and motives of teaching students technical disciplines at higher educational in-stitutions in accordance with modem technology requirements. − Intensification of future specialists’ professional training in the process of teaching technical sub-jects while providing productive-technical tasks. − Creation of educational-developing environment through the introduction and development of mo-dem innovative pedagogical technologies, forms and methods of training, the interaction of which con-tributes to the fonnation of future professionals of readiness for professional activities in the field of mod-ern production. Integrated application of and compliance with all of the teaching conditions will enhance the effec-tiveness of future specialists’ professional training in the process of studying technical subjects higher ed-ucation
