PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES IN THE PROCESS OF FORMING PROFESSIONALLY IMPORTANT QUALITIES OF FUTURE IT-SPECIALISTS

Abstract
The article deals with the theoretical and methodological issues of modern educational technologies: the essence, structure, functions, principles and conditions of successful functioning in the educational process of a higher educational institution. The author analyzes various techniques for optimizing the use of pedagogical technologies as a system of specially designed and defined methodological, didactic, psychological, as well as informational, intellectual and professional actions and methods of participants in the educational process that guarantee the achievement of goals for training future IT-specialists consciously making decisions, possessing knowledge and skills in their professional field. Global changes in various areas of modern society necessitate the change of methodological, technological and substantive aspects of education, revision of previous value priorities, pedagogical means and objectives. The essence of the modern educational process is to update the structure and content of learning establishing an educational environment that promotes the formation of students’ creative thinking, the experience of research activities, self-education, self-improvement and orientation in the rapid flow of information technology. Modern pedagogical technologies provide the achievement of particular didactic goals, introducing scientific approaches to organizing the educational process, as well as extend the range of educational services presented to students, change and offer new forms, methods and means of learning. The use of modern pedagogical technologies is one of the most promising needs of higher education, which contributes to the intensification of training, the formation of the would-be specialist’s personality, promotes their increased motivation, the search of new approaches to achieve professional goals, acquire necessary knowledge and form the professional competencies necessary for future professional work of IT-specialists.
