Pengaruh Pelatihan Membangun Relasi terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Tim Karyawan Bpr X Yogyakarta

Abstract
This study was aimed to determine the effect of relationship building training to the team performance enhancement. The subjects of this research were 44 employees of PT BPR X Yogyakarta who work in the Marketing Division which were divided into two groups: 22 employees as the experimental group and 22 employees as a control group. The data was collected using a scale of the team performance, interview and observation. The research design used was the pretest-posttest control group design. The research analysis used was a quantitative and qualitative analysis. The Quantitative analysis was using analysis of variance (ANAVA) to test the effect of relationship building training toward the team performance enhancement. The qualitative analysis was done based on observation and interview. The results of this research were on the pretest and posttest of the team performance that showed the enhancement after training of relationship building was given, with the value of F = 33.901, p <0.01. The conclusion of this study was that the relationship building training could improve the team performance of the employees in PT BPR X of Yogyakarta.
