Pengaruh Pembelajaran Kooperatif Student Teams Achivement Division (STAD) terhadap Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis Siswa

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of STAD cooperative learning on students' critical thinking skills. This research is a pre-experimental study with posttest control group design. The subject of this study was the seventh grade students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah NW Pringgabaya in the 2016/2017 academic year with 30 students, taken randomly and divided into two classes. Data collection techniques use test techniques. Data analysis was performed using the t test with the help of SPSS 16 for windows. The results of data analysis obtained t test value of 5.06 with a value of P = 0,000. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that STAD cooperative learning influences critical thinking skills of class VII Madrasah Tsanawiyah NW Pringgabaya academic year 2017/2018.
