PENSIONS IN PAY-AS-YOU-GO PENSION INSURANCE SYSTEM IN THE CONTEXT OF THE LATEST REFORM: THEORETICAL AND LEGAL ASPECT

Abstract
In this scientific article the theoretical and legal issues concerning pensions in the pay-as-you-go pension insurance systems are researched. A special emphasis is placed on the problems of functioning of the abovementioned system, its reforming is of paramount importance. The key problems of pensions in the payas-you-go pension insurance systems are mentioned. The imperfection of pension reforms and innovations is emphasized. The peculiarities of certain types of pensions in the pay-as-you-go pension insurance systems are analyzed, in particular pensions by age, disability pension and breadwinner loss pension. An insufficient constructive tendency towards cancellation of professional pensions was underlined. Conclusions are made.
