Abstract
The court is a tool provided by the state to resolve disputes between subjects of law in a particular society in order to get a justice, which included a principle of simple, fast and cost light, but in practice it is often difficult for these principles in the meet, because the fact of its decision that produced in court requires a complicated process requiring a long time and are winning one of the parties ,the statement is an alternative dispute resolution institution or system for settling disputes or opinion through procedures agreed upon by the parties courts a tool provided by the state to resolve disputes between (ADR) comes with flexibility properties offering solutions institution or system for settling disputes or opinion through procedures agreed upon by the parties.
