ПЕРЕДУМОВИ Й НАПРЯМИ РОЗВИТКУ МОДЕЛІ КОНВЕРГЕНТНОГО РЕГІОНАЛЬНОГО РОЗВИТКУ

Abstract
Gurina H.V. Preconditions and directions of development of the model of convergent regional development. It is determined that under the current economic conditions, regional imbalances, strengthening of socio-economic inequality in the development of Ukrainian regions remains one of the serious challenges for the executive branch. It is proved that according to the hypothesis of convergence, if the region's economy at an initial point is further from a stable equilibrium position, its growth rate will be higher than that of an economy closer to equilibrium. We can argue that a convergent regional development model is a system of balanced and coordinated interests and actions of government, regional and business entities in the production and social, financial, and investment sectors of the regional economy, aimed at optimizing the proportions of capital, employment, product and money for the purpose ensuring their balanced and stable development. Schematically convergent model of regional development can be represented in factor-resultant unity: actors - government; regional state administrations; enterprises of the region; personnel support and way of thinking of managers; structural transformation policy; own and foreign investments; Expected results - productive and financial The policy of development of Ukraine and its regions is formed and carried out by a government, which for the most part has the character of "vertical industrial policy". This means that government decisions have a dominant influence on the distribution of priorities and resources for regional development. In a market environment, a mechanism for competition and equal access to resources and markets for all its entities, primarily enterprises located in the regions, should be launched. Therefore, the scheme of forming a convergent regional development model offers a policy of logical sequence of interaction of all its entities.
