Abstract
Goncharenko N.H. The analysis of the population’s employment dynamics. The modern condition of population’s employment level in Ukraine was examined in the article and its dynamics was analyzed. The great importance was given to the analysis of its dynamics. For this purpose the consolidation of periods for three years and the dynamics level equalization according to the sliding average rate, the equation of straight line and the second order parabola were conducted. The definition of the employment economic efficiency and its possible level that would promote the main economic indices increasing and the increasing of the country’s economy in the whole were given. Analyzing the situation that formed in the country’s economic development it should be mentioned a number of negative factors that wouldn’t allow the main economic factors to grow. During the last decade we observed the GNP and population employment level reducing, price increasing, etc. All these factors make necessary to find the possible ways out of the given crisis condition for the economics. It should be mentioned that among all possible means, one of the most important at present days is the recovery of market situation. To achieve this is possible only with the full employment of the people. But under modern conditions it is almost impossible to achieve full employment, because not everyone agrees to the proposal to carry out any work. So for the certain period a person forced not to be busy with work but to stay in the category of “unemployed”. One of the priority tasks for our country is the problem of the population employment increasing and the way out of the crisis for the economy. And for this purpose it is important to analyze the modern conditions and the dynamics and to develop the measures of further work.
