Abstract
Nikitchenko Т.А. Improvement of methods for assessing the effectiveness of managing systemic changes in agricultural enterprises. The aim of the article is to propose a methodical approach to assessing the effectiveness of managing systemic changes in agricultural enterprises for making managerial decisions when building a strategic change management system. The article analyzes methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of enterprise management. The use of the system approach to the assessment of the effectiveness of change management is justified. A method for assessing the management of systemic changes in agricultural enterprises based on the definition of an integral indicator is proposed, which includes a multicriteria measurement of the functional components of the economic entity, which allows using the necessary information in the construction of a strategic change management system. Recommendations are proposed for improving the management of changes in the enterprises under study in accordance with the stage of their life cycle.
