PERF ECTION OF LEGA L REGU LATION OF RESPONSIBILITY OF UKRA INIAN PAR LIAMENT’S DEPUTY

Abstract
The question of the people’s deputy of Ukraine responsibility before the voters is being considered. It is discussed what kind of legal basis have citizens and parties in order to withdraw the deputy of the parliament. It is noted that, based on the provisions of Art. 3 and 5 of the Constitution of Ukraine, it is necessary to consolidate the right of citizens to control the activities of elected persons. And also give citizens the right to demand early termination of the mandate of the deputies. For this, it is proposed to amend the Constitution and laws of Ukraine.
