PERFECTION OF THE PROCESS OF LOCAL BUDGETS MANAGEMENT BY THE EXAMPLE OF NIKOPOL

Abstract
In the article modern tendencies in forming of resources of local budgets are analysed. The composition and structure of earnings are considered. The directions of optimizing the formation of cash funds on the example of the city of Nikopol are justified. Recommendations on reserves of their growth in modern conditions are developed.
