Peristaltic Pumping and Dispersion of a MHD Couple Stress Fluid with Chemical Reaction and Wall Effects
Journal Title: Journal of Advances in Mathematics and Computer Science - Year 2017, Vol 24, Issue 3
Abstract
The dispersion of a solute matter in the magneto-hydrodynamic peristaltic pumping of an incompressible couple stress uid with wall effects has been studied. The mean effective coefficient of dispersion on simultaneous homogeneous, heterogeneous chemical reaction has been obtained through long wavelength assumption and condition of Taylor's limit. The impacts of penetrating parameters on the mean effective dispersion coefficient have been examined through the graphs. It is found that wall constraints and amplitude ratio favor the scattering, while couple stress and magnetic field constraints resist the scattering during pumping.

Conflict Resolution for Sacramento-San-Joaquin Delta with Stability and Sensitivity Analyses Using the Graph Model
The goal of this paper is to resolve the strategic long-term dispute for the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta California using the Graph Model approach for conflict resolution. To facilitate the analysis, a Decision Support...
Support Theorem for Random Evolution Equations in Hlderian Norm
In this paper, we purpose to prove the support theorem of the random evolution equation dX(t) = σ(X(t),Z(t))dWt + b(X(t), Y (t))dt (E) where X = {X(t), t ∈ [0; 1]} is the solution of (E) considered as which a random-vari...
SEIRS Model for Pediatrics with Lower Respiratory Tract Infection
The ability of the immune system to detect and eliminate most pathogens is essential for the survival of lower respiratory tract infection in 2016 by Olubadeji [1]. Lower respiratory tract infection (LRTI) constituted th...
On Properties Related To *–Reversible Rings
In this paper, a class of *-rings which is a generalization of *–reversible rings is introduced. A ring with involution * is called central *–reversible if for a ,b∈R, whenever ab=0 ,b^* a is central in R. Since every *–...
Coverage Probability of the Credible Interval and Credible Probability of the Condence Interval of the Hierarchical Normal Model
It is well known that the coverage probability of a given nominal level condence interval and the credible probability of a given nominal level credible interval will attain the nominal level. Moreover, it is commonly b...
