Some Fixed Point Theorems for Berinde-Type Contraction Mappings on Gp-Metric Spaces
Journal Title: Journal of Advances in Mathematics and Computer Science - Year 2017, Vol 25, Issue 3
Abstract
In this paper, we dene the concepts of (δ, 1 − δ)-weak contraction, (φ, 1 − δ)-weak contraction and Ciric-type almost contraction in the sense of Berinde in Gp-complete Gp-metric space. Furthermore, we prove the existence of xed points and common xed points of mappings satisfying Berinde-type contractions stated above and also provide the conditions which are necessary for the uniqueness of the xed points and common xed points. Consequently, we obtain the generalizations of comparable results in the literature. In addition, we introduce a few examples which ensure the existence of these attained results.

A New Structure and Contribution in D-metric Spaces
In this paper, we define a new topological structure of D-closed, D-continuous and D-fixed point property and discussed of its properties, some result for this subject are also established.
Multicyclic Codes and Algebraic Dynamical Systems
We present the structures within group algebras constructed from commutative groups and finite fields. Then we define and construct multicyclic codes in these group algebras. At the end, in the frame of the decoding proc...
Ruin Probabilities in a Discrete Semi-Markov Risk Model with Random Dividends to Shareholders and Policyholders
The discrete semi-Markov risk model is modified by the inclusion of dividends paying to shareholders and policyholders. When surplus is no less than the thresholds a1 and a2, the company randomly pays dividends to shareh...
Estimation in Step-stress Partially Accelerated Life Test for Exponentiated Pareto Distribution under Progressive Censoring with Random Removal
Accelerated life testing or partially accelerated life testing is generally used in manufacturing industries since it affords significant minimization in the cost and test time. In this paper, a step-stress partially acc...
Peristaltic Pumping and Dispersion of a MHD Couple Stress Fluid with Chemical Reaction and Wall Effects
The dispersion of a solute matter in the magneto-hydrodynamic peristaltic pumping of an incompressible couple stress uid with wall effects has been studied. The mean effective coefficient of dispersion on simultaneous h...
