PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION PROBLEMS WITHIN THE CONTEXT OF MODERN COMMUNICATIONS

Abstract
The article analyzes the European legislative framework and the principles of personal data protection that form the basis of modern practice in this field. The main principles of the Ukrainian system of legal protection of personal data are set out. The legal grounds for implementation and protection of the interests of the subject of personal data are determined. Suggestion for further improvement of the system of personal data protection are offered.
