PERSONAL NON-PROPERTY RIGHTS OF SPOUSES ACCORDING TO THE LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The article deals with general issues of personal non-property rights of a physical person, their legal securing and classification. The personal non-property rights of spouses are considered in the context of personal non-property rights of an individual, their legal fixation, features are defined. The analysis of legislation and scientific views on the classification of personal non-property rights is being conducted. Some types of personal non-property rights of spouses are analyzed, such as the right to motherhood, paternity, the right to respect for one’s individuality, the right to personal inviolability, change of name. Proposals are proposed to improve the legal definition of personal non-property rights of spouses.
