PERSONAL PROVISION OF CIVIL SERVICE IN UKRAINE: THE MODERN STATE AND OBJECTIVE NECESSITY OF ITS MODERNIZATION

Abstract
The urgency of the research of the state of personnel support of civil service in Ukraine is proved. The dynamics of the individual positions of Ukraine in the international ratings of competitiveness in the field of public administration is researched. The analysis of the current state of staffing of the domestic civil service in the conditions of system reforms during 2013-2017 is carried out. The main aspects of the salary reform of civil servants in Ukraine are described. The basic problems of the formation and functioning of the personnel support of the civil service in Ukraine are determined and the objective necessity of its modernization is substantiated.
