PERSPECTIVE DIRECTIONS AND MECHANISMS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF EUROPEAN PRACTICE OF MANAGEMENT IN MOUNTAIN TERRITORIES IN UKRAINE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The modern process of mountain territories development in the European countries as well as in Ukraine is examined. It is accentuated on the qualificatory role of the agriculture in that development. The results of analysis certifies, that the problems of economic, ecological and social character within the limits of mountain territories of the European countries are settled as the consequences of active agrarian policy realization, or within the framework of the regional mountain policy sent to indemnification negative influence on the natural and climatic resource properties of mountain territories realization, rendering to investment sup-port for development priority kinds and spheres of the economic activity, in particular to agriculture. Considerable attention is devoted to the question of stimulation of agriculture producer in mountain territories. Directions of economic support of agricultural producers in the mountain regions of Ukraine are proposed with the purpose to decline traditional for such territories unemployment of the local population. Is convinced, that policy of conducting of mountain agriculture in Ukraine has to follow-on some main principles and positions of the renewed Common agrarian policy of EU, and is decided, that the main task of state support policy, directed on the agrarian sector of economy in mountain regions, is to help to develop agriculture in those regions under extremely specific natural conditions and to observe the main ecological requirements to agricultural production. The main directions of agriculture ecologization in mountain locality are offered.
