Preservation and development of human potential of the village

Abstract
The existing problems regarding the preservation and development of human potential of the village have been described. They have been caused by a number of reasons i.e. social strain as a result of redundancy at agricultural enterprises; annual increase of a number of depressed villages. Priority directions for preservation the human potential of the village have been emphasized and substantiated. These are diversification of village economy; preservation of demographic potential; raising the employment level by means of development of infrastructural objects, new types of activities in the village, providing conditions for lifelong education and development of human potential of the village on the basis of intellectual, creative and entrepreneurial abilities; providing conditions for drawing investments in the village by means of investing the priority types of economic activities that correspond to the qualification level of rural population aiming to preserve this potential in future; implementation of the state programs on the investments into human potential in order to increase the level of human potential in the village. The scheme for management of human potential in the village have been developed. It includes the following aspects: creating the job market taking into account the educational and professional qualification level of employees, their interests and inclinations as well as keeping to the principle of fair payments.
