Theory and practice efficiency of milk processing enterprises

Abstract
In the article grounded theoretical foundations and methodology for calculation of dairy enterprises efficiency in Lvov region, which allow estimating the influence of individual constituent elements of the enterprise as a system, the overall level of economic effectiveness of its functioning. Using correlation and regression analysis identified patterns of variations indicators of efficiency, which allowed classifying the factors influencing them and to determine the direction development of enterprises dairy industry in the future.
