PERSPECTIVE FOR UKRAINE SCENARIOS OF DEVELOPMENT OF LAND REFORM

Abstract
The article is devoted to summarizing the experience of European countries related to the formation, development and regulation of the land market, as well as scenarios for the development of land reform that are promising for Ukraine. According to the analysis of European countries ‘experience in moving towards high social standards and efficient production methods by liberalizing and freeing the market from regulatory restrictions, attention was focused on four typical models of land reform in Ukraine: full liberalization, liberalization with quantitative restrictions, liberalization with restrictions for foreigners, prolongation of the conditions of the closed market.
