Perspectives of the Development of Bilingual Education in Ukrainian Higher Educational Institutions

Abstract
In this article the technology for the organization of classes in universities with special courses on bilingual basis are represented. In the article the organizational and pedagogical conditions for its effective use in the process of formation the professional competence in students of non-linguistic specialties are described. The article stated that the presented technology and methodological basis for the organization of classes in universities with special courses on bilingual basis are realized in preparing graduate students of Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University and can find its application in other universities. It is proved that the usage of this technology will enable to increase the personal motivation to study, cognitive activities and strengthen communication content of professional training in higher educational institutions with the needs of the modern labor market in bilingual specialists. Also, the article presents the positive aspects and risks that arise in the process of bilingual education.
