The Analysis of the Production Troublesheet in the Production of Heat (on the Example of the Boiler House)

Abstract
The article considers the state of industrial injuries in Ukraine and in the heat and energy sphere. An identification of hazards that can be established is justified. In the article the algorithm for hazard identification is defined. The main causes of non-invasive cases are highlighted. The studying of causes of injuries, occupational diseases, the data of the records of professional diseases, which are compiled on the basis of acts of investigation of cases of occupational diseases, are analyzed. In this research the heat energy industry needs special attention to labor safety. This is due to the emergence of new heat generation systems, the reconstruction of more resource-saving technologies and the transition to new fuels. This article deals with occupational injuries at a plant producing heat (boiler-houses). The special attention is to identification of hazards ensures recognition of the dangers with the establishment of the manifestation and the time of their action. Under the guise of dangers, as a rule, express factors, which influence the safety of labor or express according to accepted reasons, that is, organizational, technical, psychophysiological reasons.
