Abstract
У статті досліджено нормативно-правову базу проведення фінансової реструктуризації підприємств. Проаналізовано стан ринку страхування фінансових ризиків в Україні. Досліджено перспективи розвитку страхування фінансових ризиків під час проведення реструктуризації на переробних підприємствах агропромислового комплексу. Запропоновано алгоритм побудови системи страхування фінансових ризиків під час проведення реструктуризації.
