THE EFFECTS OF TRANSNATIONAL CORPORATIONS’ ACTIVITIES FOR THE HOST COUNTRIES: ECOLOGICAL AND ECONOMIC ASPECTS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of the transnational corporations’ influence on the economy and environment of the host countries. With the aim to achieve the set goals, the method of comparative analysis was used. The usage of this method enabled us to analyse the ecological and economic effects of the transnational corporations’ activities for the national economies of the host countries. The necessary economic measures of the government’s ecological regulation of the TNCs activity were determined. The importance of the government interference in the regulation of “conflict of interests” of transnationalization subjects was proved. With the aim to maximize the benefits and to decrease the negative effects of the TNCs activity for the host countries, the necessary measures of government regulation were substantiated.
