Abstract
The basic directions prospects for the development of irrigable agriculture in the conditions of south regions of Ukraine in the zone of Dry Steppe, that guarantees the receipt of agricultural cultures and development of high-intensive agriculture production, existent problems and ways of their decision. The role of public organs of self – government and role of non – state structures are considered at the irrigated system of agriculture.
