Abstract
In the article the prospects of the land as a strategic resource. It is proved that the introduction of innovative logistic approaches, involving internal and external (under EU) investment allows at the intensification of land use to develop not only a variety of agricultural and before all the processing industry for the closed cycle of cultivation of agricultural products to its processing and sale . Forming the cost of earth must take into account all the theoretical achievements in this field, functions and factors affecting the price. Proved ways of implementing the reform, transformational changes in land use should include: provision of legal processes; complete regional economic calculation
