卟啉诱导pH和温度双响应嵌段聚合物胶束化

Abstract

以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,异氰基丙基二硫代苯甲酸酯(CDPB)为链转移剂,通过可逆加成裂解链转移自由基(RAFT)聚合反应合成了具有温度和pH双重敏感窄分子量分布的聚甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯(N,N-dimethylamino ethyl methacrylate,DMAEMA)与异丙基丙烯酰胺(N-isopropyl acrylamide NIPAM) (PDMAEMA-b-PNIPAM)全亲水性两嵌段聚合物,通过紫外光谱(UV-vis),光子相关谱(DLS),核磁共振(1H NMR)研究了加入5,10,15,20-四磺酸卟啉(TPPS)诱导PDMAEMA-b-PNIPAM嵌段聚合物的胶束化行为,结果表明,聚合物形成了以TPPS/DMAEMA为核,PNIPAM为壳的胶束,改变溶液温度,可以得到不同的聚集态结构。同时,由于嵌段聚合物与卟啉的相互作用,TPPS在不同的pH,可以分别形成H-聚集和J-聚集。
