活性碳纤维表面硝酸-铁(Ⅲ)改性<br /> 对乳酸菌固定化的影响<br />

Abstract
采用HCl、H2SO4、HNO3和FeCl3溶液分别对活性碳纤维进行表面改性,考查改性前后活性碳纤维表面酸性含氧官能团和表面元素含量变化,以及作为乳酸菌固定化载体的单丝菌膜生长情况。结果表明:经HNO3和H2SO4改性后,活性碳纤维表面酸性含氧官能团量随反应时间增加,5 h后增加速度缓慢,并负载有相应的N和S等元素;单丝吸附乳酸菌膜厚度随表面O和N元素含量增加而增大。经浓HNO3改性5 h再经0.1 mol/L FeCl3改性4 h后,活性碳纤维表面负载的Fe(Ⅲ)含量为0.156 3 mol/kg,单丝乳酸菌膜厚度可达40 μm,经HNO3-Fe(Ⅲ)改性后的活性碳纤维用于淀粉生产工业废水制备乳酸试验,使得发酵周期缩短约8 h,乳酸产率提高2.8%。
