Abstract
PurposeThe purpose of this article is to present the phenomenological method in the science of managementand managers’ education.MethodologyThe phenomenological method (“phenomenological lens” and “3i” formula) is used.FindingsThe article presents the view that introducing the phenomenological method into managers’education will increase their ethical level and efficiency. Phenomenological analysis shows thatthe phenomenological method, i.e. “phenomenological lens” and “3i” formula, have high educationalusefulness, and, moreover, allow creation of a coherent philosophy for the education ofmanagers.OriginalityPhenomenology is an important perspective of research in the science of management and didacticprocess.
