PHOTOVOLTAIC MARKET IN POLAND – OPPORTUNITIES AND THREATS

Abstract
This paper presents the photovoltaic market in Poland against the background of Europe. Number of the installed capacity and the number of companies in the field of PV at the end of 2012 is specified. The latest regulations regarding of photovoltaics introduced in the so called little energetic three-pack and the proposed changes to the new law on renewable energy was quoted. Plans and contracts arising there from opportunities and risks for investors were presented and commented. The paper presents the proposed program of supporting and financing the investment.
