It also has a positive effect on mental health. The research has been conducted in the Medical Vocational and Training School “Branko Zogovic” in Berane, in one class of the third grade and in one class of the fourth grade (61 students) by the means of a questionnaire. 34/61 (72,3%) of the students are not physically active and 21/61 (34,4%) believe that physical activity has a positive effect on health. The results show a low physical activity in the students of this school and their not recognizing its significance. Therefore, it is necessary that more attention is paid to physical education so that young people could have a possibility to show more interest in sports as well as in healthy lifestyles.
