THE APPLICATION OF A ROPE FOR CONDITION PREPARATION OF BOXERS

Abstract
The skip ping ro pe has long been used as a me ans for con di tion pre pa ra tion in bo xing and ot her fi g hting sports. It can be used for the war ming up in the be gin ning of the tra i ning or it can be used for de ve lop ment of va ri o us mo tor and fun cti o nal abi li ti es, such as speed, co or di na tion, ex plo si ve ness of the types of skips, re ac tion ra te, agi lity, aero bic and ana e ro bic en du rance, ba lan ce, rhythm, ki nest he tic and pro pri o cep tic sen si ti vity. In this study, the re is go ing to be shown a set of exer ci ses we use du ring tra i nings of young bo xers in the Bo xing club “No vi Pa zar”.
