Abstract
This article presents a study of the grounds for acquisition of the right of municipal property ownership by the territorial communities. Characteristic in this context are the grounds for acquisition of the right of ownership by the territorial communities in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On local self-government”. Topicality of our study lies in determination of the grounds for acquisition of the right of municipal property ownership by the territorial community in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On local self-government” as well as with the amendments made in the Budget and Tax codes changing formation and replenishment of the local budgets of the associated territorial communities, whereby the latter are given wide opportunities regarding the grounds for acquisition of the right of municipal property ownership. Problem statement. Changes made in the Law of Ukraine “On local self-government” and adoption of the Law of Ukraine “On voluntary association of the territorial communities” as well as acquiring by the territorial communities of the status of legal persons give a new vision of the grounds for acquisition of the right of municipal property ownership. The objective of this article is to study the issue of acquisition by the territorial communities and associated territorial communities of the right of municipal property ownership. Стаття присвячена дослідженню питання підставам набуття права власності територіальними громадами. Характерними у даному контексті є підстави набуття права власності територіальними громадами відповідно до Закону України «Про місцеве самоврядування»
