Abstract
The article is devoted to the legal analysis of the grounds for the preparation of the indictment as the final procedural document of the pre-trial investigation and the peculiarities of its preparation at the conclusion of the agreement. Given scientifically based proposals for improving the current criminal procedure legislation of Ukraine.
