ПРАВОСУБ’ЄКТНІСТЬ МІЖНАРОДНОГО ВАЛЮТНОГО ФОНДУ (МІЖНАРОДНО-ПРАВОВИЙ АСПЕКТ)

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of the international legal personality of the International Monetary Fund (IMF). On the basis of the analysis of the doctrine of international law, as well as the IMF practices, the author concludes that this organization has all the elements necessary to possess international legal personality, namely: the rights to privileges and immunities, the right to enter into treaties with the states and other international organizations, the right of exchange of representations with the states and international organizations, the obligation to assume international legal responsibility for their actions, etc.
