Abstract
The article investigates the essence of legal responsibility of employees of internal Affairs bodies of Ukraine. The author reveals different approaches to understanding the content of legal responsibility. It is emphasized that legal responsibility is uniform, but has two forms of implementation: state-compulsory (negative) and voluntary (positive), and its features are highlighted.
