ПРОБЛЕМНІ ПИТАННЯ ЗАПРОВАДЖЕННЯ ДОСУДОВОГО РОЗСЛІДУВАННЯ КРИМІНАЛЬНИХ ПРОСТУПКІВ У СУЧАСНИХ УМОВАХ

Abstract
The article deals with the topical issues on the implementation of pre-trial investigation of criminal offenses in modern conditions. Main European standards on the offenses through the prism of the European court on human rights practice is analyzed and defined. The conclusion is made that according to the legal nature separate administrative offenses have criminal-legal nature, that is why law enforcement agencies and judicial bodies must provide for the appropriate defense of human rights. Draft law regulations on introducing the changes to some legal acts of Ukraine on simplification of pre-trial investigation of separate categories of criminal offenses No 7279-д is analyzed and the propositions on improvement of the given legal field were introduced.
