Abstract
The article is devoted to perspective directions of development of administrative and legal protection of economic relations in the context of European integration. It is substantiated that the adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to EU legislation, together with the creation of new effective domestic remedies, are vectors for increasing the effectiveness of administrative and legal protection of economic relations in the context of European integration. Attention is focused on ensuring transparency in the activities of government bodies and local self-government, improving the legal mechanism for preventing conflicts of interest, and applying public discussion of draft legal acts that affect the interests of business entities.
