Place of State Fiscal Service of Ukraine in the Process of Realizaton of Financial Security of the State

Abstract
This article determines the place and role of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine in the process of implementation of financial security of the state. Comparative legal analysis of the legislation of Ukraine was conducted on issues regarding state taxation and customs. It is proved that a clear partition of powers suitable for legal regulation of the activity of SFS of Ukraine is essential and important, because it is the central executive body, which influences the completeness and integrity of the state budget.
